Broward market at a glance, August 2026
In August 2026, the typical Broward single-family home sold for $650,000, up 4.0% from a year earlier. Townhomes and condos had a $257,500 median. A typical house went under contract in about 40 days, and single-family active listings were down 22.5% from August 2025.

Single-family homes
$650,000 median
The single-family median sale price rose 4.0% year over year to $650,000. Active listings were down 22.5% from August 2025. Median time to contract was 40 days.
Townhomes and condos
$257,500 median

What this means for sellers
These are countywide medians from August 2026, not a price for your address. Fewer single-family listings were active than a year earlier. Your local comps, condition, and timing still decide the outcome. A web form is not an appraisal or a CMA (comparative market analysis).
