Broward city guide
Parkland, Florida
Northwest Broward's quiet corner, with parks, trails, and larger lots in many neighborhoods.
About the city
Living in Parkland
Parkland sits in the northwest corner of Broward County and keeps a quieter, lower-density feel than much of the county. Green space is the theme, and the city's name fits: parks, trails, and preserved land run through it.
Pine Trails Park is one of the most visited, with sports fields and open space, and smaller parks and paths connect many neighborhoods. Several parts of the city still have larger lots, and some areas allow horses.
Housing leans toward single-family homes, from established neighborhoods to newer gated communities, with some townhomes as well. Major roads and shopping in neighboring Coral Springs are a short drive away, so daily errands stay easy.
